  • Where is the store based?

    Caledonia, MI

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Custom orders vary, but a quoted turnaround will be provided before purchase.

    Ready to ship orders will be processed and mailed within 5 business days of being ordered. If an order is placed on a Thursday, I will try to have it shipped by Friday but most often the post office may not be able to put it on the truck until Monday, so please keep that in mind. I provide tracking on all orders [excluding stickers when the free shipping option is selected] and all orders over $50 automatically include insurance in the event of a lost or stolen package.

  • Are there allergens I should be aware of?

    Though cats do not currently reside with me, they have in the past and there may still be dander that lingers. I am careful to keep food away from my supplies, but I do have peanut butter and gluten [and other common food allergens] in the same building as my workspace.

  • Are your products print on demand?

    Currently, I do not use a print on demand service for any of my products. I plan to use one in the future, but it will be a manufacturer that I am familiar with and trust to send good quality prints on my behalf.

  • Do you sell NFT's?

    I do not. If you see my artwork being sold as an NFT, it has been stolen and we are both being scammed.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
